How To Make Easy White Chocolate Truffles

Want something sweet to make for your someone sweet this Valentines Day? Try out this super easy truffles recipe! You can even do it all in the microwave!

What You Will Need

  • 1 Cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 5 tbsp of Butter
  • 3 tbsp of Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 tsp of Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Dark & Milk Chocolate Chips

Melt your white chocolate chips and butter and mix together in a bowl. Next stir in your cream and salt. When blended, put the bowl in the fridge for about an hour or until it’s firm enough to scoop.

Using a small spoon, scoop out balls of approximately 1″ in diameter of the white chocolate and place on a tray.

Melt the Dark/Milk Chocolate Chips separately and then drizzle over the white chocolate truffles. Refrigerate until serving.

  2. just made these today with about 6 other types of truffles. Doubled the recipe. Waaaay too salty. And any truffles I’ve ever made you simmer the cream first and add in the chocolate and butter after….this recipe was the opposite but I wanted to follow it exactly because they look great on the picture. Disastrous. Stayed gooey even after chilled, scooping was near impossible, too.

    • i would keep them max a few days like 3 to 5 refrigerated. Always smell it if you intend to eat it if you would like to keep it longer.
